Age is relative to the heart! It's really a great system.

Always Sing, Dance, Write & Play Music!

Music as personal development can set you free. Through my years of work in music and music therapy, I have watched people be moved, changed, motivated, inspired and healed by music. Therefore, I want to acknowledge how the living art of music is available enrichment at any age, during any era. From the melodies played on grandma's out-of-tune upright, to the local drum circle, to the vinyl records in the chest in the back room, to internet access to all kinds of music, everyone is touched by the force that is music.

Do you have your own song? If you write music, have you written one? If not, pick one that you like or have us write one. Click here to let us know what you need.

Design your song. It will be all about the person you see as your best self. Your genre. Your flavor. All about you. Go here to get your own.

Having said that, I have loaded a few songs for your listening pleasure. If you wish to suggest any music, videos of musical acts or works in progress, I would be more than happy to look at them, original or OPP. Make sure to email me here.
